Who operates this site
soubooking.in is operated by The Tourism Experts LLP, an independent travel booking agency. SOU Booking is that company’s Statue of Unity booking desk. The Tourism Experts LLP handles the bookings, payments and refunds for travel services customers ask us to arrange. Refund eligibility stays with the cancellation and refund policy and the written quotation. This is not a government website and is not the official Statue of Unity ticketing portal.
Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry or WhatsApp conversation does not create a confirmed booking. We check current availability and send a written quotation identifying the relevant service, inclusions, price, applicable taxes or fees, supplier terms and cancellation conditions. We accept payment only after you decide to proceed. We then coordinate the supplier reservation and provide the applicable booking confirmation, invoice or voucher.
Third-party services
Hotels, transport providers, activity providers and attraction operators deliver their own services and may have their own entry, identification, timing, availability and cancellation requirements. We will share the applicable terms before you pay. Accommodation and activities are provided by their respective operators; The Tourism Experts LLP provides booking assistance and coordinates the reservation process.
Attraction tickets
Some attraction tickets may be requested through our assisted WhatsApp or offline booking process; they are not sold through an online checkout on this website. We do not claim to be an official ticket seller. Any ticket seller, operator, inclusion, price and applicable terms will be identified in your written quotation or confirmation before payment.
Identity verification
Do not send identity-document images through WhatsApp or this website. If identification is required by an attraction operator or supplier, follow the secure process specified by that operator after your booking details are confirmed.
Accuracy and updates
We aim to keep travel information current, but prices, inclusions, operating hours and availability may change. If a material detail changes before payment, we will provide an updated written quotation.
