A useful Statue of Unity group booking starts with a rooming list, not just a headcount. Give your travel team the same dates, guest split and sightseeing priorities so the rooms, tickets and transport can be planned together.
This guide is for families travelling together, friends and college groups. If you need conference facilities or an event venue, use our separate corporate offsite guide.
Make a rooming list before asking for a price
List adults, children with ages, preferred room sharing and any guests who need their own room. Ask each household to approve its room arrangement before the quote is finalised. Two groups with the same number of people may need a different mix of rooms and bedding.
| Room or household | Guests | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Family A | Adults and children's ages | Room capacity and each sleeping place |
| Friends sharing | Adults per room | Bed setup and any extra-bed charge |
| Separate room request | One guest or couple | Room category and occupancy basis |
Use this as a planning worksheet, not a statement that a particular room accepts that occupancy. Ask the property to confirm each arrangement.
Choose a stay that can accommodate the whole request
A Family Suite is a room category, not proof of capacity for every family. Enrise Kevadia publishes a Family Suite option; check the permitted guest count and bedding for your party before choosing it. Compare its room choices with our other Kevadia stays.
If staying near one another matters, request adjacent rooms, the same floor or nearby cottages. Record whether this is confirmed or only requested. Do not assume a booking for several rooms guarantees their location together.
Ask for a group total with clear components
Separate accommodation, meals, named attraction tickets and transport. Ask for the total for everyone travelling and how extra guests or additional rooms affect it. A group label does not establish a discount; compare the actual inclusions and final amount.
For Tent City, check the selected stay plan as well as the property. Our meal-plan guide explains the decisions to make. For billing units, see per-person versus per-room pricing.
Put one person in charge of ticket details
Have a nominated coordinator collect the information the supplier needs, check guest categories and confirm the intended attraction dates. Keep a written list of included tickets and those still to arrange. Do not assume every garden, evening experience or upgrade is covered by the words “sightseeing package”.
Share essential guest information through the booking team's agreed process. A public group chat should not become the place for everyone's identity documents.
Separate arrival transport from sightseeing transport
Ask where the vehicle collects the group, whether everyone can travel together, and whether luggage space fits your party. Station pickup, travel from your home city and local sightseeing are different journeys.
For shared services, confirm the meeting point and departure arrangement. For private transport, clarify the route, waiting and any additional charges. Keep a coordinator's contact number and a simple regrouping plan for every stop.
Allow different sightseeing preferences
Choose one or two shared priorities, then leave room for smaller groups to make different choices. Before splitting up, agree the next meeting point and how each subgroup will reach it. An activity that suits part of the group may have requirements or timings that others do not want.
Use the experience directory to shortlist options, then confirm current availability and suitability before booking. Avoid building the budget around an unconfirmed attraction.
Get agreement before payment
Circulate the final rooming list, inclusions, total, payment dates and cancellation terms. Decide who can approve changes and how an individual cancellation affects the shared arrangements. Ask whether a room request is actually confirmed before describing the booking as complete.
Send us: travel dates, adults, children's ages, rooms needed, arrival point and your top sightseeing priorities. We can then build a stay + tickets package around the group you have.
